The First Pillar

The brands we franchise, operate and build.

Three operating brands, five positions and two concepts of our own. Every brand on this page sits at a specific level of control, from owning the system outright to operating units ourselves, and that level sets the territory, the obligations and the kind of partner we look for.

Who Does What

Five positions, written down.

Most franchise companies hold one position. Gramcor holds five, and each comes with a different level of control. This is the whole platform in one view.

Franchisor

We own the system.

The brand rights are ours. We set the standards, award the franchises and stand behind the operators.

Multi-Unit Developer

We sit on the franchisee side of the table too: securing sites, opening restaurants and running them day to day.

Open & Operating

Every brand, in detail.

In THE DRIPBaR we hold two separate positions: franchisor in Canada, and area representative in North Carolina. Here is exactly what each role means.

THE DRIPBaR Canada logo Franchisor · Canada

THE DRIPBaR — Canada

Canada is a separate position with a separate role. Through our ownership stake in the Canadian company that holds the brand’s Canadian rights, Gramcor is a franchisor of THE DRIPBaR across Canada.

  • RoleFranchisor
  • TerritoryAll of Canada
  • StructurePartner and owner in the Canadian company that holds the brand rights for Canada
  • What we doAward franchises nationally and support Canadian operators from candidate review through opening

Canadian candidates are handled on the franchisor side, to the same standard we apply in every territory: mapped markets, plain answers, and support that continues after the doors open.

THE DRIPBaR — North Carolina

IV vitamin therapy and cellular health services delivered in a calm retail setting. In North Carolina, Gramcor is the area representative for the whole state.

  • RoleArea representative for the State of North Carolina
  • TerritoryAll of North Carolina
  • What we doAward and support franchises statewide: candidate qualification, site review, opening support and ongoing operator coaching

Candidates for a North Carolina territory work with Gramcor directly. We qualify, guide and support operators through opening and after it, alongside the brand.

Dapper Doughnut

Hot, fresh mini doughnuts made to order, paired with artisanal drinks. Gramcor is the franchisor and awards franchises across the United States and the Dominican Republic.

  • RoleFranchisor
  • TerritoryUnited States and the Dominican Republic
  • ModelsRetail storefront and a mobile / events unit; franchisees can run either or both
  • Revenue streamsIn-store retail, catering and events

The two-model structure is the point: a storefront builds a local base, and the mobile unit takes the product to festivals, corporate events and private catering without adding rent. A franchisee can start with either one.

CoreLife Eatery

Clean, healthy, made-from-scratch food: bowls, greens and broths built from whole ingredients. Gramcor is the multi-unit developer for its territory and operates the restaurants itself.

  • RoleMulti-unit developer and operator
  • TerritoryNorth Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia
  • FocusSite selection, opening execution and steady multi-unit operations

Two jobs, one territory. As multi-unit developer we plan the market and bring CoreLife Eatery to it; as operator we secure the real estate, open the restaurants and run them day to day across the Carolinas and Virginia.

Two concepts we are building ourselves.

Both are ours: trademarks and operating models developed in-house, built with the same discipline we apply to someone else’s brand.

Hometown Daytime Restaurants

Modern experience. Everyday value.

A hometown daytime restaurant built by Gramcor: breakfast, brunch and lunch, with a 7am to 3pm service window. Not premium brunch. Not breakfast-only. Not a legacy diner.

The open lane is the one nobody is serving well: a current room, warm service and an everyday check. A chain disciplined enough to grow, that still feels local enough to earn trust. The trademark is secured and the service model is designed; the brand name will be published when the first location is ready.

  • StatusTrademark secured, service model designed, concept in active development
  • DaypartDaytime only, 7am to 3pm
  • MenuBreakfast, brunch and lunch
  • Service modelHosted hybrid: host-led seating paired with modern order technology
  • OwnershipTrademark held by Gramcor Corporation

The hosted-hybrid service model

Guests are greeted and seated by a host, then order the way they prefer. It is a full-service welcome with the speed of modern ordering behind it.

  • At the tableQR ordering from real printed menus, with one open tab per table
  • Before arrivalOptional pre-ordering that fires when guests arrive
  • On the floorService runners carry iPads to take orders for guests who prefer full service
  • BeveragesSelf-serve beverage and coffee station
  • PaymentPay by phone or at the host stand; never cashless, cash is always accepted

The point of the model is choice. Guests who want to be waited on are waited on; guests who want to order and get on with their day can.

Sport Fundamentals

An all-indoor sports, performance and recovery hub.

One building where kids train, teams compete, athletes recover and families actually want to stay. Every practice zone stays visible from a central clubhouse, so the wait becomes part of the visit rather than time spent in a parking lot.

Baseball opens the platform. Hockey, soccer and additional sports follow inside the same operating model. The principle underneath the plan is simple: concurrency beats specialization: divisible floors and small-sided surfaces keep more athletes on the same square footage across more hours of the day. A parallel retrofit pathway re-tasks aging single-sport buildings into many concurrent playing surfaces.

  • RoleConcept owner and developer, built in-house by Gramcor
  • StatusIn active development; sites and structure under review
  • First platformBaseball, with a defined path to hockey, soccer and more
  • FormatAll-indoor, purpose-built, or a retrofit of an existing single-sport building
  • Real estateDeveloped alongside our own real estate and development work

Four zones under one roof

  • Skill zonesInstruction and repetition space, designed around coaching throughput rather than open rental time
  • Performance fitnessA sport-specific strength and speed environment for the athletes the building already serves
  • Recovery & diagnosticsCompression, red light, and VO₂ and RMR testing, with IV support delivered under clinical governance
  • ClubhouseA lounge and restaurant at the centre of the plan, with sightlines into every training zone

Who it serves

  • Youth & teamsSeason-long training blocks, plus tournament and event weekends
  • College-bound prospectsData-driven evaluations, so progress and recruiting profiles rest on measurement rather than opinion
  • Camps & partiesSchool-break camps, clinics and birthday parties in the hours a single-sport building leaves empty
  • AdultsTraining and recovery memberships without a youth-only environment

Own One

How franchising with Gramcor works.

We award and support franchises in brands we also operate. That shapes how we qualify candidates, how we plan territory, and what we can actually help with after opening day.

01

Operator-led

We have opened and run multi-unit businesses ourselves. Build-out sequencing and opening weeks are familiar ground, not theory.

Operations, training and real estate are all held by founders who do the work, so the person answering your question is the person who has already done it.

02

Real support

Site review, lease input, opening planning and coaching that continues after you open. You get direct access to the people making decisions.

03

Defined territories

Territories are mapped before they are awarded. You know what you control, and we do not oversell a market to fill a quota.

Your territory and site are informed by Locate.ai, the AI location platform serving 200+ national brands; two Gramcor founders sit on its advisory team.

From Inquiry to Opening Day

Five steps, in order.

Every candidate follows the same path. It usually takes weeks, not months, and either side can stop at any point.

Open now: Dapper Doughnut franchises across the United States and the Dominican Republic, THE DRIPBaR territories in North Carolina, and THE DRIPBaR franchises across Canada. CoreLife Eatery is a territory we develop and operate ourselves, so those conversations are with landlords, brokers and development partners.

This website is not a franchise offering. A franchise offering can be made only after delivery of a franchise disclosure document.
